Beatty Middle School Catch-Up Hour

Who is Required to Attend?
To ensure the program is effective, attendance is mandatory for middle school students who are missing assignments or with a grade D or F.
Note: Students with a grade of C or higher are welcome to attend for extra help, but are not required.
How It Works?
Every Monday, students will be notified if they must attend that week. Once a student
has no missing work and a grade of C or higher, they are excused from the program for that
week. A student’s attendance may change from week to week.
Every Monday, Parents/guardians will receive a text notifying you that your Child has
been assigned Catch-Up Hour for that week and is required to attend.
Please note that because this is a focused work environment, students who do not have
parental permission to be “required” to attend will not be able to participate.
Parent permission forms have been sent home with Beatty middle school students.
