This spring Manse held it's first annual "Take your parents to lunch day," where they served a picnic lunch of hot dogs, chips, and fruit.
Sean Hastings, NCSD Board of Trustees member, sat with a group of students and dared them to try mustard or ketchup on their apples. Of course, the kids made sure he set the example first.
